We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our needs. We especially liked the lady staff who helped us when our chain got stuck in the headboard of our room. She was very friendly and helpful, and her pleasant look with a smiling face made us feel at home. The ballroom was elegant with beautiful chandeliers, and the pool area was nice with plenty of space to relax. We also appreciated the free parking and the hotel's location near a shopping mall only 3 km away.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the cosmetic clinic that I was attending. It is also conveniently located near night markets and a shopping mall. The staff at the front desk are friendly and check-in and check-out are fast. The bedroom is spacious and equipped with a flat screen TV, mini fridge, and daily newspaper. The bathroom is clean and provided with bathrobes and slippers. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of foods to choose from.

There is no personal safe in the room, only at the front desk.

Great value for money and spacious rooms! The hotel had a beautiful garden, perfect for a romantic walk. the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. We also appreciated the convenience of having restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance.

The hotel was quite far from the main attractions in the city, making it difficult to sightsee without having to arrange transportation. the air conditioning was not strong enough for the large room, making it a bit uncomfortable during the hot summer days.
